Business Law I - Community College of Baltimore County (Fall 2024)

Introduces the legal principles involved in the conduct of businesses. Topics covered include an overview of sources of law, alternative dispute resolution, torts, contracts, criminal law, sales, agency, intellectual property and ethics. The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is applied where appropriate.
