Dietary Nutrition - Colorado State University Global (Spring 2025)

In this course, students will study the basic nutritional principles in clinical practice in health care. Studentswill study the factors which influence the nutritional status of individuals, methods of nutritional assessmentand support, and diet modification for specific disease states. Students will prepare a dietary analysis aspart of this course. This course is a General Education Natural and Physical Science elective. This coursefulfills the dietary nutrition for nursing requirement. Course not eligible for Prior Learning Assessment (PLA)credit.
