Whether an organization is public, private, for profit, or not for profit, quality management tools and techniques are a necessity. QSM 210 provides an introduction to quality principles, quality management systems, and the latest in product and process improvement tools and techniques. This course also introduces Lean Thinking and the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process improvement methodology.
