Community College of Baltimore County HLTH 101 Health and Wellness Fall 2024, Start Date 10/16/24

Studies the essential wellness practices as they relate to current concepts of preventive medicine; investigates the latest scientific findings relevant to the major diseases and causes of premature death in the U.S. Note: This course is a globally intensive course that promotes intercultural competency and global awareness. Successful completion of this course contributes toward the 15 credits of globally intensive curriculum needed to earn the certificate of Global Distinction. Course offered every fall, spring and may be offered during additional sessions.
