Dordt University CORE 130 Health, Sport, & the Body Fall 2024, Start Date 10/18/24

Health, Sport, & the Body is a fully online health and human performance foundational core course that provides students with an introduction to a Christian perspective on health and wellness. Students will be required to complete and submit all coursework online by the scheduled dates on the syllabus. This is a course on the importance of wellness, including the spiritual, social, emotional, mental, and physical basis, and how individuals can achieve a state of wellness in their lives.
