Opportunity for student to be introduced to, learn, and practice medical terminology using case studies, model medical reports, and professional expertise from various medical fields. Focus will be on the study of the principles of word building of medical terms to provide a grounding in basic medical terminology through a study of root words, prefixes and suffixes.
